Marcus Dudley is the President and Founder of TeamSynergy LLC., an organization that specializes in designing and implementing unique, entertaining, and impactful experiential-based learning activities and workshops that focus on maximizing organizational relationships and performance. Marcus is a skilled and talented organizational consultant who has designed and facilitated training and development programs for numerous US companies including: Sprint, American Express, H&R Block, American Eagle Outfitters, FritoLays, Michelin Tire Group, TD Ameritrade, Hallmark, Cerner, Teva Neuroscience, Cardinal Health, Bayer Crop Science, Deliotte, PricewaterhouseCooper, Hills Pet Nutrition, Sodexho, the University of Kansas Medical Center, Children’s Mercy Hospital, the US Court System, and the US Environmental Protection Agency.
Marcus earned a BA in Social Science from Chapman University, an MLA in Organizational Leadership and Management, with and emphasis in Conflict Management and Dispute Resolution, from Baker University, and he has recently begun working on his PhD in Human & Organizational Systems, at Fielding Graduate University. He is a veteran of the US Air Force and previously served in a variety of leadership roles within the pharmaceutical & biotech industry before founding TeamSynergy LLC in 2005.
In addition to consulting, Marcus enjoys teaching, at both Friends University & Baker University, and spending as much time as possible with his wife, Dawn, and their three children. Marcus is available for executive or organizational coaching and is passionate about developing “communities of practice.”
